You must follow our cancellation policies if you need to cancel or move your reservations. We try to work with everyone, but we need to be fair to the Owners of our properties. Directions to our office:

From I 95, take Exit 8, follow Highway 278 to Hilton Head, SC. Once you cross over the main bridge from the mainland, stay in the left lane on HWY 278 and follow the road for the Toll Bridge. Once you pay the $1.25 toll, go over the small bridge and go to the FIRST red light and turn left, go about 1/4 Mile, go to the Second building on the left and turn into our parking lot. Check in is at 4 to 6 PM on your scheduled check in date, very rarely can we get anyone in prior to that time. After that time, we will leave your keys and information in our box at the door.
