Spacious, well maintained 2 bedroom 2 bath condo close to beautiful, tropical Forest Beach. Park your car at the condo and walk to everything! 5 minute walk to beach, we're talking door to sand! 9 minute walk to vibrant Coligny Plaza with dozens of restaurants and shops. 9 minute walk to grocery store and other conveniences. Eat out or cook-in in the fully renovated, well-equipped kitchen with granite counters. The master bedroom features a king bed, full private bathroom, TV, and picturesque view of the lagoon and pool. The guest bedroom includes 2 twin beds, TV with DVD player, and a full bath. The large dining room table seats six comfortably. The roomy living room has a large flat screen TV and a large sleeper sofa which allows the condo to sleep 6. Enjoy complimentary WIFI and a complete cable TV package that serves the living room and the bedrooms. Full sized washer and dryer just off the kitchen completes the package.
Courtside Villas guests enjoy two swimming pools, bring some beach towels. Complimentary tennis (one hour per day, reservations) at neighboring Van Der Meer Tennis facility. This bright condo is all on the first floor making it a convenient and easy walk to the pools, tennis, or the beach. Town of Hilton Head Celebration park is close by and includes a huge Pirate Ship playground for the kids and a huge park to play and relax.

Easy check in and check out. Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and also easy access to parking near the beach if you want to drive. Plenty of dishes, utensils, and amenities in the condo. Owner was easy to contact. Would definitely come again.

We truly enjoyed our week staying in Courtside 82. The location was close to the beach, shopping and everything we wanted. The condo was spacious and clean for our family of 2 parents and 2 college aged daughters. The patio was amazing for morning coffee and relaxing! We loved the pond with turtles, the pool, tennis court time and proximity to the beaches. We had issues getting the DVD players to work but had enough to do that we didn’t ask for help. We will definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay overall. There was plenty of room, the location was clean, and centrally located to many places we wanted to walk to. The beach was only a brief walk as well. Having a full kitchen, washer and dryer was very convenient. We liked the pool and the open area outside the patio, with flowers and a bridge. My only suggestions would be to have someone look into the wifi, as several guests had issues connecting to it. And it blocked apps such as Disney and Hulu. Also, the chimes outside the master bedroom were loud, waking me up several times during the night. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

I found the online experience very easy, stress-free, uncomplicated and easy to make a reservation. The personnel from HH Vacation Rentals were very professional, friendly and accomdating from the 1st time we spoke until we checked out. They always returned phone calls whether it was prior, during or upon departing. The rental unit was eveything we were looking for in rental unit for a family of 4. The unit was modern, extremely clean, well stocked for cooking, eating, linens/towels and etc. The subject unit over looked the pool which was clean and well maintained. The beach was a 7 minute walk to the beach. I would highly recommend using Vacation Rentals and this condo when looking to rent.
