Nice 3 BR Queens Grant condo with lagoon views. Queens Grant has several community pools and easy beach access. Queens Grant is right beside the golf courses and community tennis too. Updated luxury condo with two bedrooms on the main floor, updated kitchen and updated baths. Master bedroom is on the main floor with walk in shower. Guest room on the main floor has two double beds and access to full bath. Third bedroom upstairs has queen bed and bunk bed with 2 twins. Kitchen is updated with hard surface counters and stainless steel appliances. Kitchen has plenty of counter space to prepare all those great meals for the family. The huge living room has big comfortable couches with large flat screen TV to enjoy movies and sports. The back deck has great views all the way out to the 11 Mile Lagoon. Go enjoy the General Store deli for lunch too or Alexanders for a great dinner. You can kayak or fish in the 11 mile lagoon, just remember the fishing license. You can also go deep sea fishing, para sailing or jet skiing right out of Shelter Cove Harbour, just across Highway 278. Kroger is nearby with many shops and restaurants in the Shelter Cove shopping center. Enjoy San Miguels waterfront or the fabulous Poseidon restaurant and bar, just a mile away.
