Wonderful updated 2 br condo in Forest Beach near the beach, shops and restaurants. Villa is updated with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, new bathrooms and new furniture with a screened in porch. Master bedroom has very nice comfortable king size bed, flat screen tv and en suite master bath with walk-in glass shower. Guest room has two twin beds with full bath just a step away. Living room has fold out couch and very large flat screen smart TV. Walk out to the covered screen porch to relax and have your morning coffee too. This first floor flat has it all. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. 7103 Treetops in Forest Beach is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.
Treetops has two swimming pools and free tennis courts in the community for your use. Town of Hilton Head new Celebration Park is located in the Forest Beach area. Beautiful white sandy beaches are a short 5 to 10 minute walk or a two minute bike ride. Bike paths are close too. Coligny shops and restaurants are just minutes away, enjoy Frosty Frog, New York City pizza and Plantation Deli, all fan favorites. Great location and spectacular condition for a wonderful family vacation.
Forest Beach area has miles of bike paths and easy access to 17 miles of white sandy beaches for a fun family vacation. The stay at 7103 Treetops was relaxing and convenient. It is located within walking distance to the beach, and the property was nicely appointed. The unit fit our needs and was clean and safe. If we return to Hilton Head in the near future, we will definitely inquire about staying at the same property. We will highly recommend this property to other travelers. Price was reasonable and the amenities were just right. Late check in was convenient and directions were very clear.
