Wonderful luxury vacation home with private pool and lagoon views. Luxury vacation home completely updated with luxury vinyl plank, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, high ceilings, new bathrooms and new furniture. You have a wonderful outdoor living space with great lagoon views to relax after a fun day at the beach or golf course. King size bed in the master suite, queen bed in guest room, two double beds in the guest room with fold out couch in the sun room. Pool can be heated for $750 per week or $125 per day.
Living room has vaulted ceilings with lots of sun light coming in. The fully stocked kitchen is open to the living room with stainless steel appliances. Living room, sun room, and kitchen all have great pool and lagoon views. Master suite has a beautiful en suite master bath with glass shower and granite counters. Guest rooms are very large with lots of space to spread out. Guest rooms share a full size bath. Guest room has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two double beds. There is also a half bath off the kitchen for guests in the living area.
Your family with have a wonderful vacation time at 41 Governors Road in Sea Pines with Hilton Head Vacations. Sea Pines offers miles of beautiful shaded bike paths, Sea Pines Beach Club, Three championship golf courses, world class tennis courts and many waterfront restaurants. Wonderful place to stay! Everything is very clean, the beds were super comfortable and so was the couch. Pool was the perfect size and really relaxing. I would come stay again in a heart beat. No complaints!

Wonderful house! It’s a little bit of a bike ride to the beach but manageable. We did utilize the trolly for beach transportation as well. Check in was easy. We did have a minor issue while there, but Robert at Hilton Head Vacations handled it promptly. We would definitely stay here again!

We really loved this home!! It is absolutely beautiful, very clean, convenient and very nicely equipped! The rooms are very spacious, and the beds are comfortable! Love the pool!! We will definitely stay here again!!

We had a great time on our vacation. The house was great and central to all the fun things going on. We used the pool and jacuzzi every day. The only thing I can say is there were no throw blankets to cozy up on the comfy couch at night. Would definitely recommend this house.
