Updated luxury 2 br condo with great pool and lagoon views. Wonderful luxury condo with new kitchen, new cabinets, new stainless steel appliances, new luxury vinyl plank flooring, new granite counter tops, new furniture, new smart flat screen TVs and nice views of the lagoon. Master bedroom has a king size bed with en suite full updated master bath. Guest room has a double bed with a twin and an updated guest full bath with shower and tub. Living room has all new furniture and a fold out couch so you can sleep 7 people. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. 28 Springwood in Forest Beach is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company. Springwood has a nice community pool and a great location near shops and restaurants. The new Town of Hilton Head Celebration park is only a short walk away. The beach is about a ten minute walk or five minute bike ride. What a great location to all the amenities of Hilton Head in a very nice updated condo. Over 117 miles of bike paths are all around Hilton Head and easy access from Springwood.
Hilton Head Island offers over 30 golf courses, 250 shops, 200 restaurants, 400 tennis courts and pickle ball courts, 17 miles of beautiful beaches and over 117 miles of bike paths too. From waterfront restaurants, to championship golf courses, to world class tennis, you can enjoy almost any kind of active or relaxing vacation. Go para sailing or deep sea fishing or rent jet skiis or just relax beside the pool or on the beach. Hilton Head is a world class destination within in an easy drive of the entire East Coast.
