Wonderful luxury updated Evian villa with spectacular lagoon and golf views in Shipyard Resort. One of the most luxurious Evian condos you will ever want to vacation in. Decorator furnished, granite counters, updated tile baths, new floors and on the second floor with high vaulted ceilings, 254 Evian has the best views and location you would ever want. Master bedroom has king size bed and guest room has two twins with fold out couch in the living room. The outdoor deck has one of the best views on the entire island, a covered veranda where you can relax and watch the golfers got thru. Condo comfortably sleeps six people. Community swimming pool and free tennis courts included with the rental. Free wifi and two car passes included.
Evian has plenty of free tennis courts and a wonderful large outdoor community pool to enjoy. Evian has a lake you can fish in or sit and watch the birds fly around. Evian is perfectly located in Shipyard Resort where you can bike to the beach. Free beach parking all year long in Shipyard too. There are 27 holes of golf in Shipyard or drive outside Shipyard have enjoy over 30 golf courses in Hilton Head and Bluffton. There are over 200 restaurants and over 250 shops to enjoy while on vacation. Go to the Harbourtown Lighthouse, Shelter Cove for shopping or South Beach to eat at Salty Dog Cafe.

This was our first time staying in Hilton Head, and I’m very pleased with the professionalism and attention to details in how everything was handled by Hilton Head Vacations. We stayed in 254 Evian which is a beautiful unit on the golf course and close to everything. Our condo was up to date and well stocked…truly a perfect spot for a family vacation. The owner, Robert, was responsive to my questions about the area and golf. He also allowed us to check in early which was a major plus. I would definitely use this company again on my next visit.

Shipyard Plantation Condo Review - August 2024 Trip Review We stayed at the beautiful Shipyard Plantation condo in late August for 5 nights. First let me say that the unit was exactly as described in the listing and the photos match the beautiful furnishings and natural surroundings. The layout and furnishings of the unit was very inviting, relaxing, and comfortable. We immediately relaxed once we walked into the living room. The master bedroom with the king bed was fantastic. Such a comfortable night\'s sleep. My boyfriend had just flown in from Asia and me from Texas and we were in need of a comfortable bed and this bed delivered! We slept very well each night. 🙂 We selected this unit for the view over the golf course and with the hopeful anticipation that it would be a quiet home where we could relax and decompress from our busy lives. We were not disappointed! ð Each day we enjoyed our morning coffee out on the deck and took in the beautiful views of the water, golf course, and, of course, the incredible wildlife around us. We were very fortunate to see a paddling alligator in the water below our unit as well as a pair of beautiful hawks. Most mornings we also saw a family of deer grazing on the golf course. In fact, one night when we returned home to the condo, the same deer family was grazing just outside our front door! Each evening we would enjoy a glass of wine or two while sitting out on the balcony and stare in amazement at the incredible star filled skies. There is next to zero light pollution and we were amazed with the night sky views each night of our trip. The condo itself is located in Shipyard Plantation and it is close to everything. Each day we explored Hilton Head and Bluffton and it was an easy drive back to the condo each evening. We cannot recommend this condo highly enough and we are already planning a return trip. If you are hesitating to book this condo, don’t wait! It is worth it! It is everything you see in the online photos and much more.
