We had a fantastic stay in Hilton Head, and this condo was the perfect fit for our group of 8. It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — with tasteful decor and cozy beds and furniture that made it feel like home. We especially appreciated the large laundry room and storage area, and the small porches were perfect for enjoying our coffee in the morning. The location was great — right across from the tennis courts and swimming pool — and the trolley stop nearby made it easy for our teens to explore the island a bit on their own. That little bit of independence was a highlight for them! My only (very minor) critiques are kitchen-related. If you’re cooking for a larger group, I recommend bringing a few of your own essentials. The kitchen could really use some larger pots and pans — we were glad we had packed our griddle and a couple of big ones from home. It also needs a full-size colander; the small one there wasn’t quite enough for our needs. Lastly, the oven runs hot, so we had to keep a close eye on anything we baked or roasted. All in all, though, this was a wonderful place to stay, and I would absolutely recommend it to families or groups looking for comfort, space, and a great location on the island.

Everything was perfect. Check-in was very easy, and the location was easily accessible. The condo could not have been any better. It was clean, spacious, and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do.

We loved watching the crew work on the 11 th green every morning! We loved the three bedrooms and three baths. The location is close to Harbour Town and the bike trails. We loved everything about the villa and the great views.

This is a really perfectly located condo. 1 minute walk to the pool and tennis courts. 3 minute walk to the free trolly stop which drops you off anywhere including the beach. I would Seriously consider staying here again.

All went well regarding check-in for multiple parties. The condo is very well appointed and, of course, is well situated in Sea Pines to do all we wanted to do. We also enjoyed having a quasi-private pool within the complex. And having our own trolley stop was a plus.
