The luxury oceanfront home in Sea Pines at 23 Red Cardinal has a new kitchen, new bathrooms, new flooring, new paint, furniture and a total remodel. There are seven bedrooms and seven full baths. Double Master Suites upstairs and downstairs have king size beds with en suite gorgeous bathrooms. There are two junior master suites with king size beds on the second floor. On the main floor are six built in bunk beds with one a queen, one double, two twins and two XL twins. The other two guest rooms upstairs have a queen and a twin in each room. Upon entering this spacious home, Red Cardinal greets you with incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean from the foyer. The main level of the home features a large open living room with floor to ceiling picture windows overlooking the pool and ocean. The living room features a 80" flat screen. There is a formal dining room and beautifully equipped oversize gourmet kitchen on this level as well. French doors open out onto the large pool deck with panoramic ocean views and featuring a private pool/jacuzzi and a private beach access.
There are two bedrooms on the first level. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, new flat screen TV, brand new large private bath with soaking tub, huge glass step in shower, a double vanity and a separate water closet. This bedroom also features beautiful views of the pool and ocean. Also on this level is the other bedroom furnished with six bunk beds, one is a queen bed, one is a double bed, two twin beds and two XL twin beds. Flat screen and brand new full bath for the guest room.
Up a few stairs you will find a mid level that has 2 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms on this level is furnished with a King size bed, 32" flat screen TV and DVD player and a brand new private bath with walk in shower combo. The second bedroom on this floor is furnished with a queen bed and one twin bed, large flat screen TV and a private bath with walk in shower.
Up a few more stairs you will find a landing area with a comfortable sitting area and a view to the living area below. This level has 3 more bedrooms. The second master bedroom is on this level. This bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and features a private glass walled balcony that overlooks the pool and has incredible panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean! This bedroom is also furnished with a large flat screen" TV and a large private bathroom featuring a soaking tub, step in shower, double vanity and a separate water closet.
Also on the third level you will find another bedroom furnished with a King bed. This room has a private balcony with ocean views, a large flat screen TV and full en suite luxury bath updated with soaking tub and step in shower. The third bedroom on the top floor has another double bed and twin bed with large flat screen and another luxury bath to enjoy.
On the top floor, there is a seating area with large flat screen TV, fold out couch and DVD player so you can watch your favorite shows or movies.
From the landing area, a unique feature of this home are stairs that leads to a glass enclosed Widow's Walk where you can welcome home traveling sailors and watch for dolphins and shrimp boats!

We came to 23 Red Cardinal with our whole immediate family. We were not disappointed. The house was beautiful and clean. The layout of the home was perfect. But the pool area….and the beach right there….is paradise! Oh and did I say how perfect the location was! This home is impressive and dealing with Robert was a pleasure. AAAAA

this is an amazing property, somehow better than the photos The house lay out was smart, with a first floor master for my parents, and then 3 wonderful suites for my siblings and spouses. The bunk room for the kids was perfect, able to sleep nearly the whole clan. Then they had rooms available on the second floor for some of the older cousins. The location next to the beachfront bar/restaurant was an added bonus. I would happily stay here again

Absolutely awesome! And beautiful! Perfect space for a large family who wants to be together… open kitchen, dining and living room. Every bedroom has a private bath… All rooms are very spacious. Especially loved the bunk room for our grandchildren (Six built in bunks). The outdoor space is beautiful and the addition of the outdoor bar with TV was a big hit for a whole family! Robert Young… the agent we booked with… was very responsive to our needs. Can’t wait to come back next year! Best vacation ever… and we’ve been coming to Hilton Head ð for over 40 years!
