Updated luxury two-bedroom oceanfront condo at Barrington Court in Palmetto Dunes. Wonderful ocean views from the living room, both bedrooms and a covered patio at 216 Barrington Court. The open kitchen, dining area and living room give you ocean views almost everywhere in the condo. Kitchen has new stainless-steel appliances, quartzite counter tops and all the small appliances to make gourmet meals. Master bedroom has king size bed and brand-new master bathroom with new vanities, tile and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed with access to the second updated full bath. The living room has a nice sleeper sofa so the condo can comfortably sleep seven people.
Direct beach access and large seasonally heated outdoor pool, grilling area, and covered pavilion plus a hot tub make for a great vacation. Covered garage parking with direct elevator access means no stairs to reach the front door of 216 Barrington Court.
Palmetto Dunes has three championship golf courses, world class tennis and pickle ball courts within the resort. Three and a half miles of white sandy beaches in Palmetto Dunes are connected directly to Barrington with its private boardwalks. From Barrington Court, you can enjoy miles of shaded bike paths which connect to a General Store, tennis courts, Shelter Cove, and the rest of the island. The condo was beautiful, and spacious. We had 5 people including 3 teenagers, and we all had enough room. The balcony overlooking the ocean was wonderful. Would definitely book this again!!
