Gorgeous luxury three bedroom condo in Shipyard near the beach. Wonderful new updated kitchen open out to the living room. Living room has plenty of seating with comfortable chairs and sofa to relax and watch your favorite shows. Large outdoor deck to relax and grill on. Easy walk to the community pool too. Master bedroom is downstairs with a king bed and en suite master bath, updated with gorgeous tile walk in shower. Two guest rooms upstairs with the second bedroom having a queen bed and full bath with tub and shower combination and the third bedroom has a queen and twin bunk beds. Each room has a nice flat smart TV to enjoy movies and shows. Easy walk to the beach in Shipyard and Van Der Meer Tennis. Sonesta Hotel restaurant and bar are short walk too.
Shipyard has 27 holes of golf to enjoy, great layout for the novice or play from the tips and make it difficult. Wonderful shaded bike paths go for miles in Shipyard Resort. Easy community beach access is just a ten minute walk down the shaded path too or a one minute bike ride. Shipyard has world class tennis facilities and Van Der Meer Tennis and Racquet club with covered courts and pickle ball courts. You can play golf, dine at the Sonesta, enjoy beautiful sandy beaches and relax at The Greens in Shipyard.
