Wonderful updated Greens condo in Shipyard with nice golf course views and short walk to the beach. Community pool very close and bike paths just around the corner. The condo is 188 The Greens and has updated baths and granite counters in the kitchen. Nice furniture and a very nice deck to enjoy the view. Grill out or cook in the fully stocked kitchen. The master bedroom upstairs has a king size bed with full bath and walk in glass shower. Guest room has two double beds with full bath just steps away. There is a half bath downstairs and fold out couch to sleep eight people comfortably. We provide two parking passes with the rental.
Shipyard offers a wonderful resort with 27 holes of championship golf, Ven Der Meer Tennis facilities, Sonest Hotel and Resort with restaurant and bar, miles of bike paths and easy beach access thru the Shipyard Beach house. Shipyard is located close to Coligny and shops on the island. Sea Pines with the famous Harbourtown is about 15 minutes away. Enjoy seeing all the yachts and sunsets at Harbourtown, a must see.
Hilton Head Island has over 30 golf courses in the area, 200 restaurants, 250 shops, 400 tennis courts and pickle ball courts, 117 miles of bike paths and 17 miles of beaches. Restaurants range from casual seafood to gourmet waterfront fine dining. Signature golf courses are all over the area from the PGA Harbourtown Golf Links to off island courses. Prices range from $50 to over $300 to play 18 holes. Enjoy the beaches, go parasailing, deep sea fishing, bike riding, golfing, shopping, dining or just relax by the pool or on the beach.

The condo was ver clean and up dated. The master bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work. We need a broom and dustpan. But overall it was very nice!!

Our experience was amazing. The condo was great. It is close to the pool and beach. Only complaint is the kitchen isn’t stocked with any basics, salt, pepper, cooking spray etc.

This property was an excellent choice. Ten minutes to the beach and everything we needed for a week stay. Condo was clean and comfortable. Next to the golf course and very quiet. Would seriously consider renting this property again. Just one suggestion, if possible, hook up the water line to the ice maker. Having to go buy ice every other day got to be a little inconvenient. We contacted Robert (property manager) and he seemed surprised that it wasn\'t connected. I\'m sure he\'s checking into it already. Thanks again for a wonderful week on the island.

We are return guests to this perfectly lovely condo as this is our second year enjoying HHI!! This condo and it’s location made it easy to start our days biking on the beach and made it assessable to bike and do all our shopping! Yes, we had a car but there is nothing like having biking adventures! The kitchen is well equipped - we love to cook! And the rooms are comfortably furnished! Love the back deck where we got sun all afternoon!!! We already booked for next year!!!
