Wonderful luxury vacation condo first floor flat with lagoon and golf views. Updated kitchen with granite countertops and fully stocked with pots and pans to create a great meal for the family. Living room has comfortable seating to watch Netflix or your favorite sports. Covered balcony is just off the living room where you can enjoy the lagoon and golf views. Dining area has plenty of room to enjoy all your favorite meals. Kitchen and living room are open and provide a spacious area to relax after a long day at the beach. Master bedroom has a large king size bed with full en suite master bath. Master bath has updated vanity and walk in tile shower. Guest bedroom has two twin beds and access to a full bath. Great location close to the beach and near the community pool. Easy beach access down a shaded bike path, you can stroll to the beach or easy bike ride too. Free internet and streaming on large flat screen TVs.
Shipyard has spectacular amenities with 27 hole golf course, with restaurant and bar at the clubhouse, Van Der Meer world class tennis facilities, Sonesta Hotel with restaurants and bar on site and miles of shaded bike paths too. Shipyard has free beach parking at the Shipyard Beach house if you want to go unload all the beach chairs and umbrellas. Did not bring any? You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas from the lifeguards in front of the Shipyard Beach House. Great amenities in Shipyard and easy access to drive to Coligny Shops or anything on Hilton Head Island
Hilton Head Island offers over 30 golf courses in the area, over 400 tennis and pickle ball courts, 200 restaurants, 250 shops, 117 miles of wonderful bike paths and over 17 miles of beautiful white sandy beaches. You can go golfing, biking, deep sea fishing, para sailing, jet skiing, dining or just relax on the beach and get a great tan. Hilton Head is a lovely place to enjoy a great family vacation.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The condo had a nice and cozy feeling. It was just the right size for our family. All the amenities of home. Nicely furnished and decorated. Short walking distance to the beach, which we enjoyed. One suggestion would be to change out the mattresses in the twin bedroom. They were a little uneven. Otherwise, a great stay!

This condo was fantastic! It was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The location was great - close to the pool and a short walk or bike ride to the beach. We also enjoyed bike rides to Coligny Plaza. Check-in was easy & the staff were very friendly. No complaints from us - we would definitely book again!
