The Master bedroom has been updated with gorgeous walk in glass shower and king size bed. Master has flat screen TV to enjoy movies while relaxing in bed. Guest room has a comfortable queen size bed with updated ensuite bath. There is a half bath downstairs too. Sleeper sofa in the living room so condo sleeps six comfortably. Beach access is only minutes away on a shaded bike path or enjoy a nice walk to the beach too. Luxury at its finest in Shipyard near the beach. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. 177 The Greens in Shipyard is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.
Shipyard has 27 holes of golf to enjoy and miles of shaded bike paths. Beach access is a short walk from the Greens or an easy bike ride. The Greens has a community pool only steps from 177 The Greens for the family to swim in to cool off. The Sonesta Hotel is next door with restaurant and bar only a short walk away. Van Der Meer world class tennis facilities is also across the street where you can get instruction or enjoy a game on indoor or outdoor courts. Shipyard is located centrally near all the restaurants, shops and golf courses on the Island too.
