Luxury 4 BR home near the golf course and the beach with gorgeous triple fairway views all the way to the Sea Pines Plantation Golf Clubhouse. What a fabulous location on the golf course and short walk to the beach. You can walk to the Sea Pines Beach Club or take a short bike ride to the ocean. Relax and take a dip in the private pool beside the home while enjoying watching the golfers and the birds. The luxury home has been completely updated with new kitchen, new bathrooms, new flooring and new appliances. The luxury home has been comfortably decorated with big couches and comfortable beds. The kitchen is adorned with high quality stainless steel appliances and plenty of glasses and dishes. Cookware is second to none with all the pots and pans to prepare gourmet meals for the family. The living room has a huge flat screen smart TV to enjoy while lounging in the sectional couch. The family room off the kitchen allows for another seating area to enjoy. The master suite has a gorgeous golf view while relaxing in the king size bed. The master suite has an en suite full bath with double vanity, garden tub and walk in glass shower. The second guest room has a king bed with private en suite bath. The third bedroom has a queen bed while sharing the full bath with the fourth bedroom. Fourth bedroom has two double beds to comfortably sleep ten people. The driveway can easily park four cars, please let us know how many car passes you will need. We will provide three passes with the reservation.
Sea Pines Resort offers three championship golf courses, including where they play the RBC Heritage PGA Tournament each year on Harbour Town Golf Links.
