The "Reunion House" will show you Sea Pines is more than just pine trees! You will want to reserve annually once you stay the first time. 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 story home w/ EXPANSIVE marsh views, a ping pong table, foosball & updated kitchen & bathrooms. TV's in every bedroom! 6 Minutes to the beach. You can see the Salty Dog Marina from our back deck & enjoy the open feeling rare in Sea Pines. Sleeps 12 - 14. Pool can be heated for $700 for the week also.
The master bedroom has king size bed with huge en suite bathroom flowing out to the family room downstairs. The master is downstairs while the other four bedrooms are upstairs. The queen size bedroom in the water view room shares a full bath with another guest room with a king size bed. On the other side of the house upstairs is the other two guest bedrooms, one has two twin beds and the last bedroom has 2 double beds. The home will sleep 12 to 14 people. You have a full kitchen upstairs with plenty of dining space and seating on the deck. Wonderful views from the kitchen and living room upstairs.
Special Location in Sea Pines. Rarely can you have water and marsh views while being able to walk to the Beach in Sea Pines. Wonderful 5 BR 3 BA home with private pool, expansive decks with views. Updated kitchen, bathrooms, Living room, Family room, dining area, TVs in every bedroom all while watching the egrets and pelicans fly over the beautiful water and marsh. Sleeps 12 to 14 people and have plenty of room to spread out too. You can see South Beach marina and Salty Dog from the house. Nice private lot with plenty of room in the back. Walk to the beach. Wonderful family vacation home.
The house interior has been newly painted and "refreshed". New Stained Concrete downstairs, New carpet upstairs, New Bedding, beds & loads of amenities.
We've come to Sea Pines for years...this home feels like Sea Pines...very comfortable but also offers expansive views of the marsh, beautiful birds to watch and sunsets over the water make this home SO much more than many of the "pine tree" views most Sea Pines home offer. Sea Pines resort offers three championship courses, two of which were designed by Pete Dye, Harbourtown Golf Links, PGA Heritage is held there every year, Heron Point and Atlantic Dunes. Enjoy dinner or drinks at the new Sea Pines Beach Club, new Plantation Golf Club or the Harbourtown Clubhouse, some of the best restaurants on the Island. Go to Harbourtown and see all the luxury yachts or shop on the water or enjoy numerous restaurants and bars in Sea Pines Resort including Salty Dog cafe, just minutes away. Stretch your legs on miles of bike paths to enjoy, numerous tennis courts or relax on the miles of beaches you can walk to.
