Luxury VIP Oceanfront 6 BR Private home with spectacular ocean views in Forest Beach area on Hilton Head Island. Living room, dining area, kitchen and four bedrooms have wonderful ocean views. Four King beds, two queen beds and two bunk beds with doubles on the bottom and trundle under allows the home to sleep 20 people. Master suite is on the main floor. What a great family vacation spot to relax and watch the sunrise in the morning and the moon rise in the evening. Walk right out to the beach or relax in the oceanfront pool and hot tub. Wonderful outdoor living space with large oceanfront veranda and large oceanfront pool deck. Now even a putting green in the back to practice. Perfect location and views. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. 111 Dune in Forest Beach is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.
111 Dune lane has high ceilings in the living room with an open kitchen so you can enjoy the Atlantic ocean views. Gourmet kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances and gas stove allow you to prepare the gourmet meals for the entire family. Oceanfront dining area with kitchen bar stools provide plenty of seating for meals. Take the meals outside and enjoy poolside too. Enjoy foosball table and ping pong. Extra full size refrigerator in the garage too.
Master suite is on the main floor with an en suite full bath with double vanity and hot tub. All three oceanfront suites upstairs include a king size bed along with en suite baths. The fifth bedroom has two queen beds and shares the bath with the oceanfront bedroom, perfect for parents and kids. The sixth bedroom has two bunk beds with a doubles on the bottom, twins on the top and trundle beds under. Flat screen TVs to watch all your favorite shows and Free wifi is included. There is parking for five cars, three in the garage and two in the driveway. Pool can be heated for $150 per day or $850 per week. We have a minimum of four day stays in the spring and fall with a seven day minimum in the summer.
Forest Beach area has many shops and restaurants at Coligny Center just a short drive or easy bike ride. There are bike paths a short distance away or ride the bikes on the beach. Fly a kite, go fishing or just relax and tan on the beach or beside the oceanfront pool. Over 17 miles of white sandy beaches or 117 miles of bike paths to enjoy. Hilton Head Island offers over 30 championship golf courses, 400 tennis courts and pickle ball courts, 200 restaurants and over 250 shops. The house was beautiful and extremely clean. The response time with the few little issues we had( more kitchen towels, working the hot tub) was outstanding. We were allowed to get in at 2:30 which really helped us organize everything before family arrived. The house has so many pool toys and beach towels. I would not have rented kids’ bike helmets if I knew how many were at the house. There are also boogie boards there . Bring a few extra putters as the putting green is a big hit ! It was a highlight for our grandchildren. The only thing we’d love to see change in the house is covering the top part of the windows . The light shines brightly every morning at 6:30 am in all the bedrooms so the kids were up quite early all week.

This home was absolutely perfect for our family get together. It was clean, welcoming, and located in a great place for hitting the beach, bike riding, walking to stores/shops. It was really nice to be able to sit out by the pool in a pretty private environment too. We wouldn\'t hesitate to stay there again. Absolutely perfect home and location. We enjoyed everything the house had to offer. We did a lot of cooking as we had a large group and the kitchen had everything I needed for big meals. We brought extra toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap and trash bags which was necessary. The last thing the family asked me was when can we come back!
