Wonderful 2 Bedroom flat condo only a block to the beach with elevator and covered parking. Bike rentals and Beach gear included with every rental. Walk to the Westin Resort for breakfast, lunch or dinner and enjoy an evening cocktail overlooking the ocean. Very nice location near golf courses and tennis facilities in Port Royal Plantation. Play golf, go to the beach, play tennis or just relax in the condo. Master bedroom has two queen beds with full bathroom. Guest room has two queen beds and full bath. Living room has a comfortable couch and you can walk out on the deck to relax. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and all the appliances you need to prepare wonderful meals for the family. Community pool across the street on the golf course for you to enjoy. 107 Village House is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.
Port Royal resort has miles of bike paths, two championship golf courses and world class tennis facilities right near the condo. The Westin Resort hotel has several nice restaurants and a spa to enjoy just a short walk away. Marriott Barony Beach club has another great spa to enjoy. Port Royal is located near many shops, restaurants, grocery stores, movie theatres and activities.

Reviews
When I made the reservation, the staff was very helpful to answer questions and provide detailed information. The check in and check out process was very easy and quick. The property was very quiet and convenient to the beach with a short bike ride or walk. The community around Village House is quiet without a lot of people. The rooms of the condo were large, except for the kitchen.
