Wonderful updated luxury first floor flat with golf views in Shipyard. Spectacular layout with open kitchen, quartz counter tops, luxury vinyl plank floors and deck overlooking the golf course in Shipyard. Master Suite has walk in shower and brand new furniture with views out to the golf course. Master bedroom has king bed and full size pull out bed for kids and family. Guest room has two twin beds with access to brand new updated bathroom. Living room is decorated nicely for everyone to relax and watch movies, cook dinner or read a book after a wonderful day at the beach or pool. Covered front and back porch to enjoy the golf views. Evian has free tennis courts, large outdoor swimming pool and huge lagoon to fish in. Shipyard has miles of bike paths and easy beach access that you can bike, walk or drive to.
Shipyard has 27 holes of golf to enjoy right at your back door. Van Der Meer world class tennis facilities are located in Shipyard right next door to the Sonesta Hotel. You can have a wonderful dinner or enjoy the bar at the Sonesta also. Shipyard has free parking at the Shipyard Beach Club only minutes away. Miles of shaded bike paths allow you to get some exercise too. Shipyard is located near Coligny Shops and Restaurants and the new Low Country Celebration Park with giant Pirate Ship playground.
Hilton Head offers over 17 miles of beautiful sandy beaches, 118 miles of bike paths, 30 championship golf courses, over 400 tennis and pickle ball courts, 200 restaurants and over 250 shops to enjoy. This was an amazing vacation from start to finish. We have 2 boys aged 2 & 4, and this condo was perfect for our family. I always worry about traveling because our boys don’t sleep well at hotels, but this felt just like home. This property was clean, had an amazing kitchen & an awesome layout. It was a 5 min walk to the pool & a 5 min drive (or 12 min bike ride) to the beach. The layout of the neighborhood (The Shipyard) took us a couple days to get used to, but even getting lost in the neighborhood on our bikes ended up being a fun memory we will never forget. Thank you for everything!! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful and spacious villa! Our first time staying at Evian in Shipyard and we loved the pool and surrounding pond area with all the wildlife (gators, osprey, turtles, etc). The villa itself was light and beachy, modern, clean, and comfortable. We have stayed in countless villas and homes over the past 20 years and this is the first that offered 2 in-cabinet trash cans in the kitchen, a rarity but most needed! Also loved the layout of the kitchen, with a natural space for dancing for those nights cooking dinner in. The only suggestion we would offer is to add more silverware. We hope to stay at this same villa again next year!

Good communication pre-arrival and a very smooth check in process. We received messages several times during our stay to remind us who to contact if there were any issues (there were none). The property was lovely! Comfortable, clean and everything was as described. Thanks for a wonderful, restful holiday.
