Beachwalk 103 is an updated and a beautifully decorated 2 BR 2.5 BA Townhome Shipyard condo located a short walk away from the beach. Relax on your private deck over looking the lagoon. You can jump in the large community swimming pool after a nice long day at the beach. Your reservation includes bike rentals and beach gear with every stay. 103 Beachwalk in Shipyard is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company. 103 Beachwalk has all new flooring in the living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room has a large 70 inch Smart flat-screen TV and has access to a balcony that overlooks the lagoon. Both guest bedrooms have smart TVs also. The kitchen features updated cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, while the dining room offers seating for six. The kitchen has an eat in breakfast area. A half bath is located just off the hallway for first floor convenience. This condo also offers free wireless internet and private washer/dryer.
The master bedroom has a king bed (second floor), while the master bathroom features granite counter tops. Bedroom two has one queen, bunk bed with two queen and a full private bathroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for extra sleeping area. Condo sleeps eight people total.
Beachwalk Villas is a quiet complex located within Shipyard Plantation. This complex is located directly across the street from Shipyard Beach Club, making it a short walk to the beach. There is also a large complex swimming pool with a large deck - perfect for soaking up the sun.
Shipyard Features: A quaint, 800-acre gated resort community, featuring three nine-hole golf courses and the Van der Meer tennis center, Shipyard has a handful of homes and villas to choose from for your island vacation. Enjoy the twelve miles of bike paths throughout the plantation and the numerous lagoons that are home to many varieties of semi-tropical birds and wildlife. Shipyard Plantation has a private beach club and reserved parking for the resort's guests.

We like the location of this condo in Shipyard. Closest to the beach. The condo is spacious and equipped with most everything you need. I think the check-in process could be improved by allowing guests to pickup keys before 4pm. You could alert guests for earlier check-in once the cleaning has been completed. You could send a text message allowing for a better experience.
