Well appointed Chef’s kitchen and open floor plan provide the perfect setting for your family and guests after a day spent at the beach, the golf course, or enjoying any of the fun opportunities that await you on Hilton Head Island.

Forest Beach area on Hilton Head Island has over 60 shops and restaurants with free beach access too. You can go park at the Town of Hilton Head Beach park for free and use the Celebration Pirate ship playground for the kids too. Coligny is located in Forest Beach with restaurants like Frosty Frog Cafe pizza and frozen drinks or Plantation Deli for the best breakfast in town. New York City Pizza is a great place for wings and pizza too. Forest Beach area is a short five to ten minute drive from the home right down Palmetto Bay road.
Hilton Head offers over 30 golf courses, 250 shops and over 200 restaurants, over 400 tennis and pickle ball courts, 117 miles of bike paths and wonderful 17 miles of sandy beaches to enjoy. Go play golf, dolphin watching, fishing, sight seeing, parasailing, jet skiing or just relax on the wonderful beaches of Hilton Head. A favorite sight seeing activity is to visit the famous Harbourtown Lighthouse with shops and restaurants surrounding it. See the big yachts and enjoy great sunsets too.

The townhouse at 50 Pink Sand Lane is a gem! It is an end unit on a quiet street. We had the good fortune to be the first guests at this new property. The owners spared no expense to make guests comfortable. We travel to Hilton Head once a year and this is the nicest property we’ve stayed in. Our journey began with a call from Robert of Hilton Head Vacation, Inc. as we were just arriving on the island. Robert gave us the entry and wifi codes so we could go directly to the property – much appreciated! Robert then checked in via text to ensure that we had everything we needed. This experience is in contrast to our original rental through Vacasa. We rented a property and the next day they cancelled. A few days later, they charged us for the entire stay! Multiple e-mails went unanswered. Had to get Airbnb involved to get a refund. They fined Vacasa and gave us a small credit. Steer clear of Vacasa. Robert was very responsive. The property is exactly as pictured and immaculate – even had the new house smell! The kitchen is well stocked with high quality gear. The owners sent over a Keurig coffer maker the next day even though a traditional Cuisinart coffee maker was already there. The screened-in porch off the kitchen is a great place to enjoy the nice weather without bugs. You can park your vehicle in the garage which is stocked with beach chairs and a cooler. They’ve also provided board and card games. Upstairs the four bedrooms and two baths are nicely appointed. The beds were super comfy! There is a full-size washer and dryer and plenty of room in the master closet to accommodate a longer stay. We look forward to returning some day to this property. Can’t think of a single complaint or concern. If you choose to stay at 50 Pink Sand Lane, you won’t be disappointed!
