Attractive 2 Bedroom Villamare/Palmetto Dunes Condo with Ocean View
Located in the center of the Villamare complex, this second floor condo provides views of the lush landscaping, wildlife ponds, fountains, swimming pool, and ocean from all rooms. Both balconies provide a sunny location for both morning and afternoon enjoyment.
The condo updates include travertine tile floors in all rooms, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, and granite counters in the kitchen and both bathrooms. Flat screen TVs, each with its own smart DVD player, can be found in the living room and both bedrooms. The living room, redecorated with new furniture in 2019, overlooks the wildlife pond and has slider doors to the main balcony. Condo sleeps seven people. Free Wifi included.
The master bedroom has a king bed, slider doors to the main balcony, and a large bathroom with double sinks and a large tiled shower.
The guest bedroom has two queen beds, a chair with a single sleeper, a bathroom with granite sink and a tub/shower combination. This bedroom also has a private balcony.
Amenities provided by the Villamare complex include an oceanfront pool, handicap beach access, gas grills with outdoor oceanfront dining area, outdoor hot tub, indoor pool, indoor hot tub, sauna, and exercise room.
Walk to many Palmetto Dunes Resort activities; General Store, bike and kayak rental, tennis and pickle ball center, three golf courses, Alexander’s restaurant, the Dunes House, and the Marriott restaurants and pool bar.
Shelter Cove with its many restaurants and marina activities, and the new Shelter Cove Park and shopping center are just one mile away. Palmetto Dunes Buggy shuttle service is provided in season.
Hilton Head offers 30 golf courses, 117 miles of bike paths, 400 tennis courts, 250 shops and over 200 restaurants. Activities such as jet skiing, para sailing, fishing, dolphin cruises, pirate ships and more make Hilton Head a great family vacation spot. We look forward to having you stay with us. The condo was updated with beautiful and functional-decor, including extra storage baskets and hooks to keep things organized. Pool and beach were easy to access.

We absolutely loved Villamare. It was clean, neat, close to the beach, the pool was wonderful. The view from the porch was wonderful. It was a wonderful family friendly place. We plan to come back next year! Thank you so much!
