Wonderful pet friendly 4 BR luxury vacation home with a private pool. Welcome to a very inviting open living room and kitchen overlooking a private pool and backyard. The pool is the centerpiece of the home with four water lounge chairs to relax in. Lounge under a large umbrella or tan in the sun then jump in and cool off. You have a very nice large backyard for the kids and pets to enjoy. Master suite has views of the pool, a king size bed with walk in shower and double vanity. You have a junior master suite with another king size bed and full en suite bath. Guest room has a queen bed with a full bath. You have the fourth bedroom with two double beds. The home comfortably sleeps ten people. Your vacation rental includes beach gear and bike rentals. You also get four Sea Pines parking passes with your rental. You can heat the pool for $100 per day or $550 per week. Non refundable Pet fee is $350 per pet, no pets on the furniture please. 19 Gunnery Lane in Sea Pines is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company. Three car passes are included with your reservation. Please no pets on the furniture at all. STR permit number is 033460
Sea Pines Resort is a world class destination resort with miles of beautiful white sandy beaches to enjoy. You can bike to the beach or take the free Sea Pines Trolley to the Sea Pines Beach Club. Play golf where the PGA comes every year. Harbourtown Golf Links will challenge even the best golfers. There are three championship golf courses to enjoy or play on the finest tennis and pickle ball courts. You can dine at the famous Quarterdeck restaurant over looking Calibogue sound or take jet skis out for a ride. Sea Pines Resort offers horseback riding, golfing or dine in the best restaurants on the Island. You can enjoy the famous Harbourtown lighthouse with views for miles, sunsets over the sound or go down to the Salty Dog Cafe, great food, but make sure to get your t-shirt!! Sea Pines Resort has many activities or just relax on the beach.

Absolutely in love with the house. Everything was great. Kids love the pool area; adults enjoy the cook out and fully stocked kitchen; dog love the trail walk right by the house leading to the beach. The bike prearrangement was so convenient (they were already there before we arrived and when we checked out we didn’t need to do the return!). You can’t beat the location that the house is inside Sea Pine! So close to everything and literally living in the natural park! Will definitely come back!
