Wonderful updated luxury vacation condo with covered veranda facing the Shipyard golf course. Easy bike ride or about a 10 minute walk to the beach on a shaded bike path away from the traffic and crowds. The kitchen is nicely equipped with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, new cabinets, lighting, and tile floors. The spacious master suite has a king bed, updated master bath with a tile shower and granite counters. The second bedroom has two twin beds with new mattresses, and an updated bathroom with a walk in tile shower. Both bathrooms equiped with hair dryers. The living room has plenty of room to relax and enjoy the view, with a fold out couch and a large flat screen TV. The community pool and hot tub are right next to the building. Your reservation includes bike rentals and beach gear with every stay.
Shipyard offers miles of great shaded bike paths which wind along live oaks with views of the golf course and wildlife. The Shipyard beach house has restrooms and outside showers when you come off the beach. If you choose not to walk to the beach, Shipyard also offers beach parking. Shipyard has 27 holes of golf for you to enjoy. Shipyard is very close to all of the shopping and dining options around Coligny Plaza, but yet feels amazingly secluded and serene.

The location of this property is great: less than 2000 steps to the beach. The property was clean and tidy and had the most comfortable couch. The back patio overlooked a tee box on the nearby golf course, a very serene ambiance, perfect for morning coffee or a homemade lunch served with a bottle of wine. I will definitely visit this property again.

This was our 2nd time visiting Hilton Head. We had a great time here and will return again. Everything was clean and comfortable at unit 153. Loved walking to the beach at sunrise. So many new things to explore each time we visit Hilton Head.

As I mentioned, I rented the Collinade Villa for my son Luke, and his wife and 3 children. I visited several time while they were there. They didn’t have any problems that I am aware of. They were very happy with their visit. They arrived early and were allowed to check in early. They like the easy walk to the beach and the kids spent a lot of time at the pool. One suggestion, you should have a pull wagon available for tenets to use to walk to the beach. They had to buy one at Walmart for $75. That’s about it from my perspective. Phil Baldwin

We had a great experience with Hilton Head Vacations. As former owners of a place at Southwind II managed by RMC, we immediately noticed the difference on checking in. Staff in office was extremely helpful, condo was actually ready a little early and we were texted to come in and receive package. Contacted several times to make sure all was going well with our stay Definitely will use them again. Only “complaint” was the unit was carpeted (we failed to notice when we looked at initial photos) and my wife has allergies and always worries about carpet. We had no issues and it was very clean, but in future we would want either tile, hardwood or vinyl laminate. But the location was great and condo was very clean and well maintained. Thanks and we will be in contact for next year!

GREAT VACATION!!! The condo was so clean and updated. Covered porch was secluded. We spent most of our inside time there. Bed and furniture were very comfortable. 3 minute bike ride to beach. Pool was very close by. Hilton Head Vacations was so easy to work with and were available to talk to if we had any questions. They made check-in so easy. They stayed in contact with us to help us if we needed anything. All around great vacation!!

Overall a good condo experience. Great water pressure in master shower; very poor choice of cheap toilet paper in all bathrooms so spend a few more cents and get a name brand.
