Spectacular 5 BR 3 BA beach house only for houses to the beach! This is the house that all the locals are talking about on HHI. Steps to beach access, in the most popular part of Hilton Head-N. Forest Beach/Coligny area! Walk less that 2 min. from the funky steps of this vacation house to the beach. There are NO public parking spots nearby, so the beach feels super private. No need for a car, a 10 min. stroll on the beach & hit the Coligny Plaza, known for its great restaurants, shops & of course the best social scene on the Island. BEST location on the Island!
Wonderful, updated beach house for you and your family to enjoy. Very nice private pool with private BBQ grill to relax after a great day at the beach. You will truly enjoy the festival decor of the furniture and the painted walls. Open living room and updated kitchen with butchers' block counters, stainless steel appliances and all the cookware you will need. Master bedroom has a king size bed with en suite full bath with walk in shower. Guest room has a king size bed and access to full bath. Third guest room has queen size bed while third and fourth bedroom have bunk beds. Home comfortably sleeps twelve people.
Forest Beach area has Coligny shops and restaurants with over 60 different local shops to enjoy. There are 17 miles of white sandy beach just a two minute walk away. You can enjoy casual local restaurants for pizza and wings at Frosty Frog, dont forget their frozen drinks too, or upscale dining at Sage Room or the best breakfast in town at Plantation deli, only minutes from 14 Ibis. Forest Beach is home to the Town of HH Celebration park which has a huge Pirate Ship playground for the kids or a large grassy area to throw the frisbee or have a picnic.
Hilton Head Island offers over 30 golf courses, 400 tennis and pickle ball courts, 117 miles of bike paths, 250 shops, over 200 restaurants and 17 miles of beautiful white sandy beaches. You can golf, play tennis, shop til you drop, go jet skiing, para sailing, deep sea fishing or just relax by the pool after a long day at the beach.
