Bike paths are right beside the home and there are three golf courses in Palmetto Dunes, a world class resort for the entire family to enjoy. We loved this house! We had two families, a total of nine people. There was plenty of space and everyone loved the large kitchen. The pool was a good size and offered shade in the afternoon. We had a couple of small issues. The trash in the kitchen was very small. They would benefit in having a large bin.

We appreciated the customer service! The accommodations exceeded expectations! Wonderful well maintained property. Pool was cleaned once a week and was a welcome amenity. Access to the beach was as described about a 4 minute easy walk through the Palmetto Dunes neighborhood. Incredibly spacious with a sunroom that was a special addition. We will certainly consider staying at this property the next time we visit Hilton Head Island.!

Wonderful vacation home. We were very pleased We were very pleased when we first arrived. Overall, the house is great. However, we were not overall happy with the experience. 1. Non-working ice maker. Called on Sunday 9/17 and was told by Mr. Young that he would call Monday AM. Never heard back. We had to purchase and deal with buying bags of ice all week. 2. Bedroom with 2 full size beds, toilet paper holder is broken. 3. Towel holder in second master above toilet is coming out of wall. Also, inner shower curtain full of mold. Bed sheets and blankets stained - was gross! 4. Serious Ant problem on Pool Deck. We had to hose down the deck several times to wash away the ants and they still kept coming back. 5. Overall, house needs a very very deep cleaning. 6. Dishes and Utensils needed to be cleaned before use. Dried food and just nasty on both. Refrigerator needed to be cleaned. We ended up throwing lots of glasses, plates and silverware into the dishwasher before we even started our vacation as well as wiping down all areas in the kitchen and the bathrooms. 7. Carpet on steps up to pool table room all stained. 8. Toaster full of crumbs. 9. Main master Bathroom dimmer switch for light in shower & Tub does not work. Had no lights in shower or above the tub all week. 10. Several shelves in Main master closet need new clips to keep them in place. They keep falling and so do any clothes on those shelves. 11. After the sarcastic comments about the ice maker and absolutely no response, chose not to call management to complain about other issues!!! 12. I will say that the house is impressive and massive. Lots of room and comfortable. Some of the TV remotes had no or non-working batteries. 13. For what we paid, there are no excuses for the lack of up-keep to such a beautiful house, nor the lack of service or concern from the property manager. 14. We did not let these sub-par issues stop us from having a great vacation and time at the beach in Hilton Head! I will NOT, however, use Hilton Head Island Vacations to book again!!

My family enjoyed the home. If there was one thing we would suggest is a rail to get in and out of the pool. Other than that we look forward to booking with you again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Fantastic job. Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. The after-hours check-in was easy, and the staff was every friendly and helpful when I called. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Property super was very responsive when we called about a minor issue.
