Nice condo. There was a little hiccup in the beginning with it not having been cleaned from the previous renter, but Robert Young was extremely accommodating (it was a Sunday afternoon), jumped right on the situation and got it taken care of in a timely manner. He was very communicative and it was greatly appreciated! Would highly recommend!

3B Beachwood was the perfect place for our family Spring Break getaway! The condo was in the perfect location....oceanside and close to shops and restaurants. Even though it was steps away from Coligny beach, it was a quiet and family friendly location. The condo had all the basic necessities to make our stay comfortable. We appreciated the bunk beds for the kids room and on site laundry (although coin laundry was available for those larger loads too). Some items available but not listed in the description include a beach wagon with 1 beach chair and umbrella, some sand toys, Keurig coffee maker and drip coffee makers. The check in process was smooth. The condo complex is well secured with key pad entry at the front gate and beach gate, as well as our condo unit (nice not to have to deal with keys!). We enjoyed our stay and would like to come back to Beachwood in the future.
